Lori is the heart behind Tender Loving Companion. Her journey is one of healing, growth, and reinvention, proof that it’s never too late to step into a new chapter with courage and purpose. After navigating her own life transitions, Lori discovered the power of presence, compassion, and connection in helping others thrive.

Her path into wellness began over 25 years ago with a single yoga class that sparked a lifelong passion. That experience led to certifications as a Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Grief Yoga Teacher. With each modality, Lori deepened her commitment to helping others feel grounded, empowered, and supported - emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Her work expanded into life coaching after years of personal development and traditional therapy. With the guidance of a coach, Lori experienced a profound transformation and knew she wanted to help others do the same. Today, she brings that same empathetic, person-centered approach to every client interaction.

At Tender Loving Companion, Lori leads with warmth, integrity, and a deep understanding of individualized care. Services are provided in the comfort of each client’s home and are thoughtfully designed to reflect their unique interests and abilities. From engaging activities and light exercise to meal preparation, errands, and personal organization, every touchpoint is an opportunity to bring joy, dignity, and meaningful connection.
